👩🍳 Instructions
1. Cook the Turkey Bacon
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook turkey bacon until crisp, about 2–3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
2. Fry the Eggs (Sunny Side Up)
In the same pan, add olive oil or butter. Crack eggs into the pan and cook gently until whites are set and yolks remain runny. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
3. Prepare the Plate
Arrange avocado slices and cheese cubes on a plate. Add turkey bacon and sunny-side-up eggs.
4. Finish & Serve
Sprinkle with herbs or chili flakes if desired. Serve warm and enjoy.
