½ cup sweet potatoes, cubed
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp paprika

Prepare the Sweet Potatoes
Toss sweet potato cubes with olive oil, paprika, and salt.
Air fry at 390°F (200°C) for 15–18 minutes, shaking halfway, until crisp and golden.
Cook the Burger Patties
Season patties with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Grill or pan-sear over medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes per side (or to desired doneness).
Let rest briefly.
Grill the Cheese
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat with butter or olive oil.
Grill cheese slices until golden and slightly crispy on the outside.
Assemble the Plate
Wrap burger patties in fresh lettuce leaves.
Add grilled cheese on top or on the side.
Serve with air-fried sweet potatoes.
