Keto Protein Brownies Breakfast Plate for Weight Loss

Ingredients:

For the Protein Brownies:

  • 1/2 cup almond flour

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 2 scoops chocolate whey protein powder

  • 1/4 cup erythritol or preferred keto sweetener

  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 large egg

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • Optional: 2 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips

For the Plate:

  • 2 large eggs

  • 2 strips turkey bacon

  • 1/4 medium avocado, diced

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • Cooking spray or butter for frying

Instructions:

1. Make the Protein Brownies:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, sweetener, and baking powder. Add in almond milk, egg, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until fully combined into a thick batter. Fold in chocolate chips if using.

Pour the batter into a small greased baking dish or lined muffin pan. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean. Let cool slightly and cut into small squares.

2. Cook the Eggs and Bacon:
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add cooking spray or butter. Crack the eggs into the pan and cook sunny side up until the whites are set and yolks are still runny, about 2–3 minutes.

In another pan (or the same after eggs), cook turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 3–4 minutes per side.

3. Assemble the Plate:
Arrange 4–5 protein brownie squares, 2 sunny side up eggs, 2 strips of turkey bacon, and diced avocado on a plate. Season the eggs and avocado with salt and pepper to taste.

Macros (approximate):

  • Protein: 30–35g

  • Fat: 25–30g

  • Carbs: 7–10g (mostly fiber and net carbs from avocado and cocoa)
