Please be sure to read this entire Privacy Policy before submitting information to us via this Website. When you use the Services, you are consenting to the collection, transfer, manipulation, storage, disclosure and other uses of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. Information We Collect and How We Use It:

Personal Information:

We actively collect information from you both by asking you specific questions and by permitting you to communicate directly with us via e-mail or feedback forms. Some of the information that you submit may be personally identifiable information (that is, information that can be uniquely identified with you, such as your full name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number and sales delivery, billing, and credit card information).

Some areas of this Website may require you to submit information in order for you to benefit from the specified features (such as purchasing a product or subscribing to our newsletter) or to participate in a particular activity (such as sweepstakes or other promotions). We also may collect information about you when you request information about our products, provide feedback on an online survey, including reviews and testimonials, contact us with a question or comment, participate in sweepstakes or other promotional offers, and when you subscribe to our newsletter or mailing list to receive special offers. We use your information to fulfill your order, provide customer service, and otherwise support your use of the Website. We may also use the information you provide to track your past purchases and provide you with a personalized profile of your shopping history. In addition, we may notify you about new services or special promotional programs, or send you offers or information.

Health Information:

We are required by law to maintain records of our customers who report adverse reactions to our dietary supplement products. We ask for your explicit consent before collecting any information about your health or medical conditions. We will use this information only for the purposes of meeting our regulatory and legal obligations and will not share it with any third parties. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us as described above.

Non-Personal Information:

We may also gather technical information automatically when you use our Website, including, but not limited to, operating system, browser type, pages visited, Internet Protocol (“IP”) addresses, cookies, and Internet tags, and other activities on the websites, device type, and time and date of visit. We may use cookies or similar technologies to collect this information. You can set your browser to notify you when a cookie is sent or to refuse cookies altogether, but certain features of the Website might not work without cookies. Please note that this Privacy Policy covers our use of cookies only and does not cover the use of cookies by third parties. We do not control when or how third parties place cookies on your computer. For example, third party websites to which a link points may set cookies on your computer.

While we collect and store IP address information, that information is not made public. We do at times, however, share this information with our partners, service providers and other persons with whom we conduct business, and as otherwise specified in this Privacy Policy.

Information We Share:

External Third Parties. We will disclose your personal information for the following limited business purposes:

Service Providers. We may share your personal information with service providers that perform certain functions or services on our behalf to fulfill the services you request from us. These include third parties that host our websites, manage databases, perform analyses, send communications for us, process payments on our behalf, ship your orders, provide you with live chat service, or provide certain other components of our Websites. Service providers are not authorized to use or disclose your personal information, except as necessary to perform services on our behalf.

Protect Our Services and Users. We may disclose your personal information to governmental authorities if we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to prevent physical harm or financial loss, or in connection with an investigation of suspected or actual illegal activity, or violation of our Website Terms of Use here or other contracts.

Legal Process. We may disclose your personal information to the extent necessary to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes in response to a request for cooperation from law enforcement or a government agency, in order to comply with our other legal and regulatory obligations.

We also will share your information in the following additional circumstances:

Transactions. It may sometimes be necessary for the advancement of our legitimate commercial interests to share your personal information with our professional advisers in connection with a corporate transaction, such as a sale, assignment, divestiture, merger, bankruptcy, consolidation, reorganization, liquidation, or other transfer of the business or its assets. When we do this, we will always take measures to ensure the ongoing protection of your personal information.

Other Circumstances. We may also use your personal information in other circumstances, but we will also explain them to you at the point of collection and, where necessary, get your permission.

Financial information:

We do not currently collect financial information, such as your payment method (valid credit card number, type, expiration date or other financial information); that information is collected and stored by our third party payment processing company (the “Payment Processor”), and use and storage of that information is governed by the Payment Processor’s applicable terms of service and privacy policy. We may from time to time request and receive some of your financial information from our Payment Processor for the purposes of completing transactions you have initiated through the Services, enrolling you in discount, rebate, and other programs in which you elect to participate, protecting against or identifying possible fraudulent transactions, and otherwise as needed to manage our business.

Opt-out Procedures:

You may opt-out of having your information shared with third-parties and from receiving communications from us. To opt-out of having your information shared in this way, please e-mail support@nutrumbio.com or call (702) 487-4020, Mon-Fri: 8am – 5pm PST. If you wish to opt-out of receiving marketing emails sent by us, you may contact us or click on the unsubscribe link that appears at the bottom of those messages. Please note that even if you opt-out of receiving marketing messages from us, you may continue to receive messages concerning any transaction you make with us (such as product purchases), or comments or inquiries you submit to us. If you would like to opt-out of any Nutrum Supplements text message campaign, please follow the instructions provided when you opt-in to the campaign; typically, responding “STOP” to your specific short code will opt you out of the campaign for which you signed up.

Data Retention:

We will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary (generally 7 years) to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements we are subject to, as well as to resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services, contact us at support@nutrumbio.com

How We Protect Personal Information:

We maintain reasonable security procedures to help protect against loss, misuse or unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction of the information you provide through our services. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

Among other safeguards, we use Secure Sockets Layer (“SSL”) technology to help protect transmissions over the internet of your payment card data.

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet or stored on a server can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information and privacy, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you disclose or transmit to us online and cannot be responsible for the theft, destruction, or inadvertent disclosure of your personal information. If you prefer not to transmit your credit card number over the internet, you can contact us using the toll-free number listed on the Website from which you want to order. If you have any questions regarding security, you can contact us at support@Nutrumsupplements.com.

Third Party Links:

This Website may contain links to websites of third-parties not affiliated with us. This Privacy Policy will not apply to these third-party websites, and we are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content on any of these other websites. Please read and understand their privacy policies prior to submitting any of your personal information. This Privacy Policy only governs information collected on the Services and the Website.

This is done either to ensure we are able to provide our services to you, or where not necessary for the provision of our services (such as in the case of providing you with marketing communications), it is done only with your consent. Please note, however, that the data protection laws in the United States may not be as comprehensive as those in your country of residence. We are, however, unable to provide our services without handling your personal information in the United States.
